Ending a test
Depending on the type of test submitted, a test will end when all testers have completed the test or after a certain number of days. Starter and intermediate tests will be closed when all testers have completed the test while advanced tests will be closed 28 days after the test has been submitted (by default). Organisations will be credited for any testers that have not completed the test in the time available.
To change when an advanced test is closed, quit out of the advanced test wizard at step 7 (before you have submitted the test), select the test from your list of tests and modify the "Close test" field.
If you wish to end a test before it is due to close, select the test from your list of tests and click the 'End test' button:
When a test is closed, end users who have started the test will be given 5 days to complete it.
