Monitoring a test

Once a test has been submitted to end users, organisations can monitor the progress of the test in real time:

The results for a range of different users groups will be displayed for each task

The system will display the number of users that have completed each task in the test, broken down by user group, as well as the average time it has taken for users to complete the task. Task times can also be presented in graph format:

You can display task times for different users groups in a graph

You can download the full test results as a document:

Test results as a Word document

... or download the core test results data as a data file:

Test results as an Excel spreadsheet

You can view any comments made by users and respond to them accordingly:

For example, the user may say that they found the navigation of the website difficult to use

You could then reply to this comment asking the user to clarify the exact nature of the problem

Finally you can view the access logs and responses of specific users who have finished testing and can 'reclassify' task results where appropriate - the user may have completed the task successfully but the system may have recorded them as failing the task:

You can see how long the user took to complete each task and also which pages they accessed in the process
