The Usability Exchange will only store information about you that we have collected with your explicit consent and that is directly relevant to the general functioning of the Usability Exchange. Personal information that you have openly provided to the Usability Exchange will not be passed on to third parties outside of the Usability Exchange. Organisations within the Usability Exchange may, however, have limited access to personal information about you such as your age, your computer platform or your disabilities.

We will not pass on your email address to third parties and will only send you emails that directly relate to the Usability Exchange.

Cookies are used throughout the Usability Exchange to validate users. In addition, we log your IP address.

This privacy policy does not cover external websites that are linked to from the Usability Exchange.
