PhoneAccessible Customer Care System
The PhoneAccessible Customer Care System offers an efficient way of processing and responding to requests from visually impaired users for information. The system takes audio requests from visually impaired users through the phone and presents these requests to your customer care team through a web interface. Text responses can then be posted to requests, with these responses being available to the user when they next dial in.
The user can monitor the status of submitted requests and can delete their submitted requests or any subsequent responses at any time. All requests and responses remain in the system until the user decides to remove them.
The system can also be used to provide general information to visually impaired users. One or more pages of general information can be added to the initial phone menu that all users hears when they dial in.
The PhoneAccessible Customer Care System provides a low cost way to deliver up-to-the-minute information to your visually impaired users. It avoids the delay and expense associated with providing information in special formats such as Braille, large print or audio tape.
The PhoneAccessible Customer Care System is available as a remotely hosted service charged at an annual fee (dependent on the number of users).
